We warmly invite you to visit Sue Ryder Wheatfields Hospice on March 19th between 10.30am and 12.30pm to learn about our services such as bereavement counselling and support for people with life limiting illness. We will also be promoting our Involvement and Participation group ran by our Patient Experience Volunteers. The purpose of the group is to support Sue Ryder to ensure that Wheatfields Hospice delivers the best possible services and improves outcomes for the people that they support. The group will do this by; Advocating for and ensuring that the voice is heard of the people they support. Contributing to service development, projects and improvements. Participating in reviewing feedback where appropriate. Comment and liase on hospice literature, websites and leaflets.
